What is your favourite part of your job?
“I absolutely love managing my team and achieving our end goals as a team. The satisfaction of successfully resolving complex situations and overcoming hurdles in helping progress the business forwards – this is what RA is all about.”
What are you most proud of in your time at Keeler?
“We are really proud of having 2 devices CE marked (Tonoclear and single-use cryo probes) in a short space of time, in parallel to having notified body audits and technical file audits.”
What other teams do you work most closely with?
“RA works really closely with QA, Customer Services, Marketing and R&D.”
What are your hobbies/passions outside of work?
“I thoroughly enjoy listening to music, going for walks and playing board games with my 2 boys.”

“To see The Northern Lights.”
Justin Craig
Sales team leader – Northeast USA

What is your main responsibility in your job?
“I have multiple roles: as a sales rep I’m responsible for analysing, selling, promoting, calling and finding solutions for problems – both the end users and distributors. I also manage the Northeast inside sales team, providing them with assistance and support and serving as a resource for them. Finally, I’m also part of the diversity and inclusion committee.”
What do you enjoy most about the dynamic of your team?
“The ability to collaborate and share best practices – what’s working well, how to improve on it and what’s not working. We all work together to become the highest versions of the team that we can.”

“The people that we rely on day-to-day (both internally and externally), the vision of those within the business and the knowledge that there is always more that we can achieve and offer to our customers and colleagues.”

“Having an attitude of positivity and gratitude – this reduces stress and attracts positivity.” What’s the best advice you’ve ever been given? “The most consistent thing in life is change – be adaptable (from my mother!)”
