Keeler has initiated the End-of-Life process for Keeler Jazz Pocket Ultra Otoscope, Ophthalmoscope and associated sets. The objective of providing this notice is to allow the appropriate planning, as well as to suggest alternative products.

Any product within its warranty period, that is proven to be defective will be repaired or replaced, at our discretion, free of charge, up to 5 years from the date of purchase by the initial user of the equipment from Keeler, or its authorized distributors.

Keeler will continue to provide service capabilities for any product within its design life, which is a period of 7 years from the date of purchase. The level of service outside of the warranty period is dependent on the availability of spare components. If spare components are not available Keeler will offer the customer a list of suggested alternative products.

Keeler will cease to support end-of-life products outside of their design life. A last time buy opportunity is available upon request and will expire by the end of November 2022.
