Indemnification: The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Keeler from and against any and all claims, damages, and expenses arising from the use or possession of the free sample.
Compliance: The customer represents and warrants that they will comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards in connection with their use of the free sample.
Right to refuse: Keeler reserves the right to refuse to provide a free sample to any customer at its discretion.
Changes to terms: Keeler reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without notice.
