Everything you need to know
- Rewards club enrollment – There is no cost to join our rewards program. Simply complete and return our enrollment form, making sure your form is signed by a practice manager.
- Qualifying spend – You may enroll at any time throughout the program year, however retroactive spend will only count towards your reward point status, if you enroll by May 31.
- Earning reward points – Only purchases from the Keeler clinical line that are invoiced during the applicable period (September 1, 2024 to August 31, 2026) will qualify towards your reward point status. Shipping charges
and the value of products purchased from our diagnostic equipment line do not count towards your account value. - Reward point status – We will contact you periodically with an update on your reward points status.
In between these times, you can ask your Keeler sales representative or one of our customer service team. - Redeeming reward points – You may redeem points for one reward, as soon as you reach the qualifying tier level, or continue to save rewards to reach the next tier. To redeem points, complete a redemption form and send it to customerservice@keelerusa.com.
- Reward points expiry – Rewards must be redeemed before the end of the program year (August 31st), as points do not rollover. Your account balance will re-set to 0 on September 1st.
- Excluded costs - If your reward equipment requires on-site installation or training, these will incur additional costs.
- We reserve the right to modify or cancel our rewards club program at any time.
