BIO 331 promotion - Terms and conditions

Program overview

This program allows you to receive a free Keeler BIO, with the purchase of any three Keeler BIOs (excluding Vantage Plus Digital) from any distributor, when combined with the trade-in of three used BIOs (any make or model, including non-Keeler devices). The least expensive indirect purchased will be the model offered free.

To qualify, the trade-in products, trade-in certificate and a copy of your distributor invoice must be returned to Keeler within 90 days of the distributor’s invoice date.

Your free Keeler indirect will be shipped to you free of charge after the purchase and trade-in process is complete. There is no limit to the amount of products purchased and traded-in.

Terms and conditions

Program terms

You have a maximum of 90 days from the date of your distributor invoice to complete the process, i.e. Keeler must receive certificate, invoice and traded-in products within this 90 days.

Trade-in product condition

Trade-in products do not have to be functional, but they must be turned in with all the components intact (not just optics, but headband, transformer, etc). All trade-in BIOs will be checked upon receipt and you will be notified if the trade-in does not meet the trade-in requirements.

Customer responsibility

You are responsible for packaging your trade-in products for safe shipment and returning them to Keeler within the qualifying period.

After purchasing your three Keeler BIO's, you must fill in the trade-in certificate (page 1 of this document) and forward a copy of the invoice from your distributor along with shipping the trade-in products to:

Any product received without the trade-in certificate or copy of the invoice will not be authorized.

Keeler’s responsibility

Upon receipt of your trade-in certificate, invoice and product, Keeler will:

•  Log the trade-in certificate and assign a return authorization number (RA#)

•  Inspect the products for validation

•  Ship a new BIO (the same model as the least expensive BIO purchased) via UPS Ground (at Keeler’s expense) to the location indicated on the trade-in certificate
